Dan-imal, a Keto Animal!
This week we talk with Dan Cordoba, a man El Berto calls an "animal in the gym." At age 25, Dan weighed in at 300 pounds (and at one point he was closing in on 400), but was physically active through lifting weights and working in landscaping. A couple years ago he decided he needed to find a new path, and did a 180 on his food plan. We're excited to talk with Dan as he's newer to the ketogenic way of eating. You'll find the discussion fascinating, as Dan's drive and enthusiasm for his health are contagious throughout the episode. If you're new to keto, or wanting to see how results can occur, this is an episode that will motivate you!

Run, Swim, Bike & Keto with Rob
We're going to Canada for this week's guest on The Keto Man's Club Podcast! This week we chat with Rob Duxbury, a newly 40-years-young married man who has lived with different health challenges. About ten years ago he was diagnosed with Grave's Disease, and his "engine would redline" - he would burn energy at high rates, but also risked a sudden heart attack. Medicines help curb the disease, but consequently pushed him from ~230 pounds to over 310 within months. What does Rob do? Inspired by Team Hoyt, Rob decided to not only pursue keto but also take on the challenge of participating in a triathlon. Did he succeed, or did he "bonk" out? Find out as we discuss how "mental beats physical," and exercising while fat-adapted can be a good thing. Enjoy the episode!
