Mena Gagné is the founder of DARE TO BE REAL Coaching & Consulting. As a Leadership/Relationship Coach, Speaker and Workshop Facilitator, Mena sees through to the heart of young women and helps reveal underlying beliefs or assumptions that might be holding them back from achieving their potential. Her particular gift is authentic, compassionate and effective leadership that moves individuals forward towards their brilliance.
Mena left an extensive, successful career in marketing, working for companies such as Sprint Canada, TELUS Mobility and Universal Music Canada to pursue her mission: To empower young women to be who they really are and to become authentic leaders of their lives. She is especially passionate about spreading unique, positive, self-esteem-building messages to today’s young women aged 12 – 19.
Mena holds an Honours BA in English from the University of Western Ontario, and has completed extensive coaching and leadership training through the Coaches Training Institute, Center For Right Relationship, Dale Carnegie and Leadership Dynamics. She is also certified by The Leadership Circle to administer their powerful assessment tools.
Mena loves spending quality time with her teen age son. Committed to her own personal development and growth, she enjoys challenging her fears and experiencing new activities for the first time – skydiving was the most thrilling! Other passions include yoga, squash, dancing, cooking, reading and writing.

Christine Hiebel, creator of Passion Parent will be speaking with Danielle Herb, horsewoman, homeschool entrepreneur and healer.
Danielle is a young teen entrepreneur who founded and developed her love for horses into a very successful business that is gaining national recognition. At the mere age of 15 she has accomplished more than most dream of in a lifetime. She has started two businesses along with her mother and business partner. The first is a private alternative school that helps kids who seem to fall through the cracks of public school Danielle learned how to turn her passions into profits at a very young age.
She wanted to work with horses and help kids. You could say she went to school everyday to learn but it really was a completely different model of learning, She is the teacher. Danielle’s newest business is an educational training and development company that focuses on kids diagnosed with ADHD or Autism and their parents. She is passionate that most kids are being needlessly medicated with dangerous drugs.
Danielle has developed a peaceful system for kids diagnosed with ADHD to regain their confidence and learn how to positively channel their thoughts and energy using natural horsemanship. The program itself is unique in that Danielle teaches youth to teach other youth. It is a teen mentor ship program to pass on the messages and help one another. She communicates with the youth she mentors with clarity and confidence. She is a natural born teacher and inspiration leader.
She is now taking her offline business to a much bigger audience by creating an online presence with a weekly newletter, blog, and community where the teens can keep inspired to grow.
