Did you know that your cell phone, laptop, iPad, or anything that has wireless frequencies can be causing more harm to your body than you know?

On today's podcast episode, I have Daniel DeBaun talking all about EMF dangers and protection. EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies) and EMRs (electromagnetic radiations) are interchangeable terms, so you might hear one or the other used, but know they mean the same thing.

One thing that a lot of people misunderstand is that there is actually a lot of research about EMFs and how they can cause harm to our bodies. I love that we go into this a bit in the episode because it is so important to know that the sheilds are based off research and not just a feeling that harm can be caused.

I hope you don't feel overwhelmed by this episode. EMF's are a big deal, yet are also a little tricky because we live in a total tech immersed society. Don't feel like you need to live and move out onto land off the grid to protect yourself. We talk a lot about some great tips to help with EMF's and learn to shield yourself.

Check out the episode and let me know what you think! I can't wait to hear from you!
