Home Reset Mini Series | Let's Declutter and Organise!
In the 2nd episode of the home edit mini series im going to take you through my top steps to declutter and organise. It's not as overwhelming as you think. Let's go!
Step ONE - Creating 3 boxes.. use plastic tubs if you like and label them THROW, DONATE, SELL.
Step TWO - Sort! Over the next few weeks, as your tidying up or decluttering... BE RUTHLESS! Anything that you haven’t used in ages and in good condition, pop in the DONATE box. If its broken, ruined or just super old... put it in your THROW pile. Your SELL pile is for facebook marketplace, gumtree or buy swap sell groups.
Step THREE - Do what the box says haha!
Step FOUR - Organise what is left. Use storage solutions, hooks and hangers, jars and anything Pinterest worthy that helps add some order to your space.

Today I wanted to talk about The Red Nail Theory!? What is it and do i think it's real? YES! I love it. I recently chose red nails and i can tell you it works.

Here's a breakdown of my experience with Red Nail Theory:
1. Helps harness the energy of confidence, empowerment and even create conversations with new friends. Your red nails red might uplift someone's spirits or help them feel more dynamic and vibrant.
2. Influences your mood and emotions, evoking feelings of excitement and enthusiasm, allowing you to show up in your most feminine and aligned vibration.
3. Has helped me think about adding red and other fun colours into my wardrobe, moving away from neutrals and blacks!
Have you tried the red nail theory or painting your nails red? Id love to hear your experience.

GLOW UP your Self Esteem in 1 week! | 5 WAYS you can elevate your self love journey this week.
Boosting your self-esteem in a week can be challenging, but with some little tweaks and the right tips, you can make some awesome changes that will bring your glow back.
Here are some of my fave tips to help you:

1. Practice Self-Compassion

Switch those negative thoughts with positive affirmations. Remind yourself of your achievements. No shaming or guilting! Understand that everyone makes mistakes. Treat yourself with the same kindness you do your friends.

2. Set Small, Achievable Goals & To-Do Lists

Create a list of small tasks to complete each night, for the following day. Achieving these will give you a sense of accomplishment and boost your confidence. Celebrate when you reach your goals and tick off tasks on your list.

3. Move your Incredible Body!

Movement improves your mood and reduces anxiety. Even a short walk or sttetch class will release endorphins and make a difference. Yoga can help you feel more centered and positive about yourself.

4. Connect with Positive People

Spend time with friends or family members who uplift and encourage you. Minimize catch ups with people who bring you down or criticise you. Think about who you feel like you can be YOU around.

5. Personal Care and Pamper-Time

Take time to do things you enjoy and that make you feel good, like taking a relaxing bath or reading a good book. Personal care looks differnet for everyone so do what makes you feel calm, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Enjoy beauties, you deserve to feel amazing. Hope this helps remind you of the tiny habits you can practice to feel good this week.

Lifting Your Mood 💗 How Weight Training Boosted My Mental Health
Today's SOLO episode is all about how weight training has lifted my mood and had a huge impact on my mental health. It has been the biggest game changer for me. I hope sharing how weight training has helped me will inspire you to focus on your mental health and make a small change for the better, you deserve it.
First thing first, if you're struggling with your mental health, go and see your GP. Finding medical professionals who are in your corner, who you feel comfortable with and who really hears and understands you.
My biggest take aways from weight training:

  • Every week you see an improvement in your strength, you can lift a tony bit heavier and this feels SO GOOD.
  • Being able to see the increase in numbers bring such a sense of achievement.
  • The endorphin rush afterwards is THE BEST!
  • The social vibe of a workout where you can catch up with friends or women who have a similar focus on wellness is motivational and supportive.
  • Feeling stronger feels AMAZING.
  • You will start to see results pretty quickly in your body composition without thrashing yourself in high intensity workouts.

At home YOUTUBE workouts with Hannah Robertson: https://www.youtube.com/@Heatherrobertsoncom
Some expanders and high vibe women I love following:

Sami Spalter from Transform & FORM - https://www.instagram.com/samispalter/?hl=en
Alexz from Hustl. - https://www.instagram.com/alexz.xo/?hl=en
I hope this inspires you to start strength training and see how well it impacts you.
