Whereas I would like to encourage women to think about adding things in. So I would say make sure that you are eating enough protein per day. Like if you're wanting to build your glutes and build muscle, it's really crucial that you're eating enough protein per day. A general rule that I go for is you want to be trying to consume 1.5 to 2 times your bod
