There's some changes in this episode and theres changes to the podcast overall! In this episode we were supposed to cover Disney Channel original movies (I think they're pretty good movies!) but yeah we ended up talking about our favorite deep conversation topics, people that talk down on therapy or people that invalidate you by telling you you should go to therapy. How people screw up our names and at one point wanting to change our names. We did end up talking a little about Disney Channel original movies y mas!

Mike is a good friend of mine. He's originally from Long Beach CA and currently owns his own trucking transportation business. Mike's past doesn't define him but in this interview he talks about how his past has made him the man he is today. Mike was wrongfully convicted for more than half of his life and although in his youth he was often in trouble being involved with gangs, there was never any evidence to support his initial long term incarceration. In this episode he describes his experience, his current mindset as a free man and his understanding and experience of the prison industrial complex.
