How we choose to “power down” for sleep is unique to each individual person. From the tools you use to prepare yourself for slumber, like running a fan or a sound machine. The way you adjust your pillows, blankets for ultimate comfort.
Today, I want to offer another technique to help your mind and body relax for sleep. It is called PMR, or Progressive Muscle Relaxation. We’ll review the benefits and then I will walk you through a full round of PMR for our meditation practice together. Get ready to power down, it’s time to Hurry Up And Meditate.

We are all deserving of life’s good fortunes. When good things show up for us, both big and small, it stirs joy from within us. Kindness from strangers, a stroke of luck, found money, new opportunities, good parking spots. Every day, in some small way, the winds of good fortune can blow your way.
