Welcome to "How To Be...", exploring how to gain life skills, whilst attempting to gain some myself. It's the last episode of the season, so it makes sense to actually look back that the past 52 weeks! Reflecting apparently helps you to develop your skills and review their effectiveness, rather than just carry on doing things as you have always done them. It is about questioning, in a positive way, what you do and why you do it and then deciding whether there is a better, or more efficient, way of doing it in the future. But does it actually help? Looking into what the 'experts' say about self-reflection and whether it is truly helpful? And also hearing from others who have gained some mastery over themselves. Please hit subscribe to hear the whole series on life skills! It should be short and sweet. I look forward to journeying with you through this maze of hacks.
