HIListically Speaking with Hilary Russo - Ep 162 - Go with the Flow: Trusting Your Wild, Willing and Wise Self with HeatherAsh Amara

Transcript

Heatherash Amara

We tend to make ourselves smaller, be really serious and effort, like paddle a lot, and so learning the skill of how to put the paddle down, how to jump and play and how to increase our wild because I see so often we diminish our wild we get to be adults and then we're like okay, childhood is now over, that sense of play is now over.

Hilary Russo
