04/14/21 • 47 min
I am joined by Danusia Malina-Derben who is the CEO and Founder of DMD Global, a Badass Mother of Ten, author of NOISE: A Manifesto Modernising Motherhood and Podcast Host.
In this episode, we discuss the biggest challenges Danusia faced to get to where she is today, from being adopted to having her first child at 17. We discuss motherhood and the "noise" surrounding it in society and finally, we talk about the fact that things do get better.
Danusia Malina-Derben is a mother of ten children, and still her own woman. From teen mother to tenured Organisational Behavior and Development academic, and onto award-winning, internationally published leadership expert. Danusia traded academia to head a global firm that fixes corporate boardrooms and develops top talent. I am joined by Liam Chennells, CEO of detected and former rugby player, to discuss how he got to where he is today. He provides an honest depiction of what life is like when you are in your twenties and building your career but also gives valuable advice about staying true to who you are.
