In this episode, I chatted to Alex Manzi who is the host of the UK's number 1 Life Coaching podcast 'In The Moment'.
After going through his own battles with Depression and Anxiety, Alex decided to start a platform to help inspire people to live with more clarity and happiness, by challenging the way they think, opening up their minds and inviting them to live in the moment. And, from that, the podcast was born. He also released his self-published book ‘The Search For Clarity’, sharing his learnings and experiences of living from a negative headspace to now living from a place of happiness and clarity.
Alex has so much wisdom and I felt like I had so much more clarity with my own journey after interviewing him. I hope that you too will gain some clarity from this episode.

In this episode, I chatted with Zak Marks, co-founder & CEO at Kitt Medical. Zak has been deathly allergic to nuts all his life. He tries to always keep two adrenaline auto-injectors on himself, but they’re bulky, easy to forget and expire often. He originally designed Kitt (called ana. at the time) during his final year of university as he wanted to create something that could work like a defibrillator, but for allergies. Little did he know at the time that it would be the start of an incredible journey.
Since then the idea has developed into a business and he has grown an incredible, passionate team around him. Together they're creating a new standard for allergy care. What is it like building a business in your twenties? How do you look after yourself? What are the challenges? These are the questions Zak discusses in our episode.

In this episode, I am actually the one being interviewed. My friend Alice Rath, CEO of Pippins Digital Marketing, interviews me about my own life and the challenges I have overcome to get to where I am today.
From my mental health diagnosis in my first year of university to losing my job and going freelance, I actually surprised myself with how much I have gone through and achieved in 22 years. I hope you enjoy hearing my story or at least the first couple chapters of it anyways.

In this episode, I chatted with Sean Ruane, the founder of Mind Data.

After suffering from suicidal depression in 2015, Sean made it his mission to pay it forward and became an advocate for person-to-person therapy.

Sean graduated First Class from Buckingham Business School and joined the founding team of an HR tech start-up in London, which grew rapidly to the point of exit in 2019. This experience taught him that that technology solutions could improve processes people did not question before.

With Mind Data Sean wants to bring his life experiences together by addressing some of the challenges he experienced with the traditional therapy process and offering a disruptive solution to the mental health space. He is on a personal mission to improve the mental health of one million people.
