This week I have such a great guest. I have followed Faye on socials for years and despite her living the other side of the world, we have a lot in common and I just knew her story would resonate with so many of you.
Following a very wild decade of partying, Faye had a catalyst in the form of a family holiday that went horribly wrong and she decided then that things had to change and she decided to do a 6 month period without alcohol.
14 months later and Faye is living her best life and spoke to me all about her party girl lifestyle and how removing alcohol has completely changed her life for the better. She is now teaching others how to do the same.
If you are toying with the idea of going sober or want to try a sober stint, this is a conversation that you aren't going to want to miss.

This week we talk about 'trusting the process'. That feeling of wanting something or a certain outcome and having to surrender to the outcome.
We have all been there and when you are in the middle of feeling completely caught up in the feeling of want and desperation so badly, it's hard to know how to practice patience and surrendering to what will be.
My 5 step process will help you to do this, and the personal stories I've overshared on throughout will highlight times when I have thought everything was going to sh*t but in hindsight it's clear to see how it was just redirecting me to something even better,

This week's guest Becca Thornton is someone who truly knows what it's like to feel the fear and do it anyway. She worked her side hustle for two years alongside her corporate Marketing role before taking the leap and making it her full time business. Just over two years later and it's a huge success and she has even diversified into business mentoring and coaching for up and coming new entrepreneurs or those who would like to do something different with their career.
We talk all things mindset, imposter syndrome, and negative opinions from friends and family and explore how having made the leap herself, she is now mentoring other women to do the same.

This week we have part 2 of the goal setting series, where I talk through how to set yourself up for success and achieve those exciting goals that you planned in part 1.
These are just some of my strategies that I've honed over the years and continue to evolve.
If you haven't already listened to the two linked episodes below, then it might be good to go back and give them a listen, as they feed into what I talk about.

How To Set Goals That Excite You!
Hello Sunday
12/10/23 • 46 min
Do you make New Year's resolutions and have already given up on them by mid-January, resigning yourself to try again next year? Have you got a gym membership you have been paying for all year but only actually stepped foot in the gym twice? Do you promise every month that you will save money but always end up waiting for pay day, having waxed the lot on online shopping? If so, then this episode is for you! Even if you are a natural goal setter, this method and process may give you food for thought or tips and tricks of ways you can enhance your goal setting practice.
We will discuss how to look at the areas of your life to understand what you want to work on, how to work with the season of your life (listen back to episode 15 if you missed it) and how to break down the goals so that you don't feel super overwhelmed, or like you are never going to achieve them.
I've released this episode now because I know like me, a lot of people like to start thinking about this stuff before New Year and thinking about the year ahead and setting goals that you will stick to isn't a one evening type job, you're going to want to mull it over.
I mention the 'Wheel of Life' but in all honesty there isn't one resource for this so just Google it because they are all much the same.

In this episode I am joined by the incredible Carline Kelf who is also known as DJ Flourish. Caroline was the DJ and host of the Self Love Rave experience at Fearne Cotton's Happy Place festival that I attended in the Summer and her contagious energy and high vibe were something that I knew we needed on the podcast.
She has such an interesting story of how after becoming a mum in her 30's she felt super disconnected from her path and purpose and those around her, so she went on a journey of self development and in the process, discovered a passion for DJ'ing. She now hosts self love raves around the country and is building an army of empowered women one rave at a time!
Caroline's journey is one that I know so many people will benefit from listening to, it's one of self discovery, health challenges, body image issues, self acceptance, and eventually leading to finding her joy!

Momentum Is Key
Hello Sunday
08/04/24 • 25 min
On this episode we are discussing a fantastic little analogy I read about momentum and getting started.
I'm sure there will have been loads of times throughout life when you will have started something, only to be inconsistent, lose momentum and give up. Remembering this little analogy has given me the motivation to do things even when I don't feel like it, for the sake of momentum and knowing how hard it is to start again.

Your Life Is Happening Now!
Hello Sunday
10/27/24 • 32 min
In this episode we talk about the concept of life not being just the big occasions and waiting in between each big holiday, birthday, job promotion, but that it is the every day stuff, happening right now, and the future is never guaranteed.
A few things have happened recently that have made me realise how short life is and that I had been putting off living and enjoying life for the big occasions. It's about wearing the nice clothes, booking the dinner date 'just because', using your best perfume of aftershave to work or on the school run and romanticising the every day moments in life, because this is life!!
No one wants to look back and realise they only really lived, enjoyed life and made memories two or three times a year.

Weed Your Mental Garden
Hello Sunday
01/05/25 • 24 min
In this episode we talk about the importance of decluttering your thoughts and beliefs as we head into a new year, or as I like to call it, weeding your mental garden.
As much as I am a borderline obsessive declutter when it comes to my physical environment, and totally feel the benefit of new energy able to flow and it gives me a clearer mind, but I had been neglecting the mental side somewhat lately. The power of clearing out limiting beliefs and the stuff that just no longer serves you, is massive.
