Holly is an Ayurvedic gut health specialist, Yogini, and flamenco guitarist who found her kryptonite in chronic fatigue, candida, food sensitivities, and insomnia.
She spent nearly 25 years figuring out how to get her life back so that you can have yours, too. Now, she’s a creative powerhouse in her 50’s with energy to burn.
Holly helps people with IBS, food sensitivities and microbiome issues get to the bottom of their digestive struggles with 1:1 consultations and her Gutsy Yoga member program.

Raise your mood with Lea Grimaldi
A few years ago, I started doing Reiki and have continued to do it every month.
And I get asked...What does it do? How do you feel after? Does it really work?
I'm no expert it on it so I brought one on my podcast!
Lea Grimaldi is an author, intuitive guide, reiki master, yoga, barre, and meditation instructor with more than 20 years of experience teaching yoga and fitness classes to people from age eight to 88. Her first book, Increase Your Peace from A to Z: Simple Steps to Find Calm Amid Chaos, is a mini-directory for stress relief in which she shares her daily practices to keep anxiety under control.
Her education includes a B.A. in English with a journalism concentration from the University of Delaware. She worked for trade publisher Miller Freeman Inc., as a writer and editor. Later she worked for Conde Nast in ad sales for Parade Magazine.
Always furthering her education, she was attuned to reiki in 2012 and became a reiki master in 2014, and added that to her offerings. She has developed her own signature RAISETM reiki method of emotional release which releases deeply held emotions and traumas from the body.
Her mission is to guide people to their highest potential through their self-care practice—encompassing mind, body, and spirit—one breath at a time.
