How many of you are the go-to person for everyone?
You know what I mean...the person that every depends on to help when they need it.
You got that reputation because you like to help others.
But you also got it because you struggle to say no.
Same, my friend, same.
But it ain't doing anybody any good!
Over time, this wears on you.
You can't remember the last time you did something just for you.
You feel like you are constantly helping others move forward but not yourself.
It stinks!
How about we change that?
In this episode, I go through three ways to put yourself first and how that will actually help you show up better for everyone else!
