Honestly, when it comes to doing things that scare you the only actionable advise I can give is to just do it. Take that running leap of faith, go all in on yourself, trust that it will all be okay, and JUST DO IT! But since I know how terrifying that is I wanted to share with you some things to consider, questions to ask yourself, and mindset shift that might help you take that chance.
Whether you're wanting to make that move to a new city, quit your job, start a business, take that solo trip, tell them how you feel, whatever it is; I hope this episode helps you do it. You are so much braver than you give yourself credit for, you got this!
