Allie Solo: Acheivement Culture
10/23/23 • 21 min
Why do we fill our schedules with so many things? What message is that sending to us and what message are we sending to our kids with that? In this solo, Allie talks about how she struggles with finding her identity in all of the “things” that she does and accomplishes. She also talks about how the change has to start with her so that the stress of overcommitting doesn’t transfer to her kids. There is also a special interview with her son Pax from last year when he was 3 years old. It's too adorable to miss!
