What does resistance mean to you, and do you ever feel it within your body? I'm very sensitive to energy, easily taking on the feelings, ideas and emotions of others around me. Perhaps you're the same? For me, it manifests as a feeling in my throat before my conscious mind has even clicked in. At first I was really resistant to this feeling - it felt like a blocker. Now, I feel grateful for it and able to take the steps needed to release the resistance. Does it show up in your body too? Do you have similar feelings you can tune in to? Overcoming resistance is all about recognising these feelings and seeing how they can be reframed. What benefits are there to these feelings? Could the story be different if you allow it to be?
