Episode 20 - Thoughts - The herb garden needs some attention in this hot summer we are having!

Chef Allie Lanham, founder of The Hangry Lady, is creating colorful, flavorful food with a healthy twist to satisfy the Hangry Lady in all of us! She designs edible art grazing tables for events in Cedar Rapids, IA. We will design a custom Antipasti (that's Italian for Charcuterie) board and learn how she makes a flower out of salami! We will also talk about some of our favorite ingredients and where you can find some amazing & authentic Italian products here in the states.
