Today's episode is with my brother Landon and we covered topics far and wide. There's some pretty powerful tips in this episode surrounding training for martial arts specifically, the importance of physical training for your mental health, thinking for yourself and forming your own opinions, and recognizing propaganda in the media.
This was a new style of show where we came in with no topic ideas and just hit record. It was a really interesting conversation and we covered A LOT of ground. Enjoy the show!

This is a powerful shift in your mentality that will help you come up with creative solutions and allow you to continue moving forward.
I talk about how I use float tanks to help me in this process and create some clarity and space to allow for creativity and solutions.

Winners and loser have the same goals. Think about it.
Any person who wants to be rich will start with the same goal of; becoming rich. The difference is winners use different habits and overall systems to actually get there. While the losers keep spending time in martyrdom and coming up with excuses why shit didn't work out for them and fail to adopt new actions.
So yes set goals, but focus on your habits and systems that you partake in consistently to get ahead. Then be sure to TAKE ACTION everyday. Actually do the thing you need to do.
