Hello Friends!
Today's episode is one I am so honored to have had the chance to record and put up for you. I was able to sit down with a highly distinguished military leader and talk with him about a journey he is going to embark on; The Fallen Hero Honor Ride.
A 1,700 mile bike ride across the US to honor 6 paratroopers that were killed in action in Afghanistan.

What's going on beautiful people?!
Today I'm challenging you to do two things: 1. Take the time to write out a review for the show on apple podcasts or leave a rating on spotify if you gain value from the show &
2. Take a look in the mirror & assess whether you are an asset or liability to those around you who may depend on you.
I break down what a liability is vs. what an asset looks like and the ways I try to increase my value add to my team, my family and my community.
I hope you enjoyed the show, if you did please share it out for us with anyone you think would love the show!

What's up my partner in crime on the get uncomfortable path!
Today's episode was inspired by a thought I had the other while I was out with the family and saw the sad state of affairs when it came to the parents I was watching with their families.
I made a post about this on my instagram
I hope this strikes a cord with you and lights a fire under your ass to get healthy.
