I have been obsessed with 305 Fitness since I stepped foot into my first class. Prior to finding it, I had been doing dance cardio alone in my living room in Boston. Sadie Kurzban is the founder of 305 fitness and creator of the body love movement behind it. It has been such a pleasure to watch this company grow over the years and to watch all of the hearts it has inspired along the way. Sadie and I chat all about starting the company and persevering as a woman in business.
