In today’s episode, I chat with an absolute legend, Ray PangSH. Ray is an under 30 serial entrepreneur who is on a mission to disrupt the traditional education system, and guide 1 million people in their early 20s to step away from the system to create a life they truly desire to live.
In just 12 months, he and his business partner Wade Fox have built, grown and scaled a seven-figure business, Speakeragency.com.au, which now serves as the world's leading agency for sustainable business growth. Enabling their seven to eight-figure clients to achieve a winning team culture and a proven game plan for global impact and to influence the coaching industry, who's currently mentoring 650 plus aspiring agency owners and aspiring coaches and speakers on how to build, grow and scale their online business.
He has also developed an online education platform based in the Philippines for freelancers and contractors to learn and amplify the entrepreneurship skills that their traditional system has failed to impart. With almost 50% of graduates now generating an income higher than their parents.
