Podcast Q&A

Why did you start this show?

Game Master Monday is for those who want funny, interesting, and play-driven stories without wanting to commit to a huge arc. For the people who want to see how an indie game is played before investing in it. I love TTRPGs, I love playing them all. This is for the people who feel the same way and have a fear of commitment.

What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?

Have a good time! We are comedy leaning and time-respecting. The main thing we want to do is tell a great story with world-class performers.

Which episode should someone start with?

All of our episodes are completely self-contained, truly you can start anywhere! Start with the game title that sounds most interesting to you!

Which have been your favourite episodes so far?

If you want the full scope of what we're capable of, you can check out things like "Yuletide Kombat Family", "Together Among the Stars", and "Starships & Settlers"

What is your favourite other podcast that isn't yours?

Wow so many! We were heavily inspired by Rude Tales of Magic and have also come to love our friends at Slay the Stars, Dude Where's My Drift, Roll & Tell, Rainbow Dice Club, and many others!

Love the variety of hearing a new cast and a new game each episode. It's introduced me to so many great new indie TTRPGs.

One of the best podcasts I listened to, and I listened to at least 5. That's like a lot right?

Variety shows were popular in like the 40s and 80s so I'm glad to see them make a comeback in the form of chaotic ADHDers with a virtual dice roller.
