Episode 74- Suzanne Falter: Sometimes we just need to breathe

Suzanne, an author, speaker and podcaster who helps busy women find happiness through self-care, was once a driven workaholic with no sense of self. That all changed in 2012, when she lost her 22-year-old daughter Teal to what is still an unknown cause of death. Standing in her daughter’s hospital room, she realized she had to become a better person and so began a two-year grieving process in which she started putting herself back together and, through her posthumous connections with Teal, discovered that she was put here to be a healer. Today, she hosts the podcast Self-Care for Extremely Busy Women and leads both online and live workshops for busy professionals about self-care and building healthy self-care habits.
