Aaron Iturra was described as being a kind, gentle protector, but just like any other teenager, he ran with a bad crowd. After realizing that that wasn't the life for him, he turned it all around for himself and became an advocate against gang activity and violence. At around 1:30am on October 3, 1994, Aaron's mother calls 911 to report that her son was bleeding from his head in his head. 17 year old Aaron Iturra had been shot in head while he slept.
