But Sardor's story goes beyond his role at Jafton. He's also an angel investor, backing companies like Fathom, Assets Grow, and Nutra First. His influence extends to prestigious platforms, as he is the youngest member ever of the Forbes Business Council and the first Uzbek to join the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
What sets Sardor apart is his impressive speaking engagements. He's taken the stage at some of the most significant business events, including the Synergy Global business forum and the Podcast Movement conference, where he shared insights alongside industry giants like Mark Cuban, Gary Vee, and Richard Branson.
While Sardor is currently based in Miami, Florida, his journey began in Uzbekistan, where he nurtured his dream of becoming an entrepreneur. In 2014, he won a scholarship to a private high school in Granby, MA, marking the start of his American adventure. Despite attending multiple universities, Sardor chose to drop out in his second year, armed with a unique skill set.
