Today we sit down with Sophie’s fiancé, Ash, to discuss his perspective on wellness and his relationship with food. Prior to meeting Sophie, Ash was a competitive body builder and admits to “mainly eating boiled chicken, broccoli, and brown rice”, while spending 12-14 hours in the gym per week!
We discussed the mental and physical repercussions of training for “the stage” and how Ash’s views on food and nutrition have shifted.
