This week we sit down with 2 out of the 3 'Quarter Life Crisis' girls to discuss what the fork a quarter life crisis is! Society has led us to believe that we should have achieved certain things at certain points in our life... we 'should' be in a relationship, we 'should' have moved out, we 'should' know where we are going in life, and this usually leads to us freaking the fork out! We chat about how no one really has their sh*t together and how we need to focus on our own pace and not everyone else's.

How the Fork can we be our best selves? Ft @alexandralouise__
We are so excited about this weeks episode as we had the pleasure of chatting to Alexandra Cane about being your own best friend!
Alex is training to be a personal trainer, has just launched her own fitness program and is passionate about empowering other women. In this episode she opens up about her personal wellness journey, how she has learnt to love the skin she’s in, prioritise her mental health and be the best version of herself.
Alex also mentions how helpful she has found journaling and we both ordered one ourselves which we are absolutely loving. We have linked it here if you want to order one too!
