
Food Myth: You Need Carbs To Build Muscle

I often hear how someone thinks they need or being told they need more carbs to grow muscle. When the problem wasn’t the carbs or food but their training. In the same way you can’t outwork a bad diet to lose weight you can’t out diet a bad workout to build muscle. Carbs have their purpose, but if you are truly training to build muscle, look at your training first. I believe in putting 100% in diet and training, but you have to have a proper or at least foundational understanding of both.
