Does your community support, inspire and empower you to achieve your goals? If not, it might be time to level up.
In this week's episode, Megan challenges you to take a look at your community. Your friends and family, co-workers, and yes - even your social media. Are these relationships serving you? Or are you just in them because you're expected to be or because you're in close proximity? You might find yourself surrounded by well-meaning people who love you. That doesn't mean you should look for ways to level up your surroundings.

4. Letting go of perfectionism and giving yourself grace
You are enough. You matter. You are more than your pant size or your weight. You are important.
Join Megan for a walk in this jam packed episode. It's our first walk together!! This week Megan got out of her own way, let go of the "I don't have time" excuse and recorded this episode while also going for a walk. This episode is far from perfect, but it sure was fun to record! If you love this style, please let me know!
We dive into body image. In a society where we, women especially, are rewarded for being "small", I'm here to tell you that it's 100% OK if you've gained the dreaded Quarantine 15...Dare I say, if you're one of the lucky ones?
Megan shares the struggle of finding the balance between giving yourself grace and allowing things to just be without letting yourself spiral into just accepting your excuses.
