2 shallots (or 1 onion)
1⁄2 bunch of coriander
4 tbsp groundnut or vegetable oil
1⁄2 tin of tomatoes
1 tsp caster sugar

1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp mild chilli powder
150g frozen peas
4 bread rolls (I like Brioche)
