For the Pancake:
140g plain flour
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
1⁄2 fish stock cube, optional
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
200g cabbage, ideally chinese leaf
30g kimchi
Bunch of spring onions
6 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
2 tbsp of groundnut or vegetable oil
For the Glaze
1 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Toppings
3 tbsp of mayonnaise (in a squeezy bottle ideally)
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
