- When you think of your "original state", what comes to mind?
- Think back to a time in your childhood, when you felt like you were living in your authentic state, who were you, what did you like to do, how did it feel?
- Explore who you are right now. Who are you, what do you like to do, how do you feel?
- What energetic blocks or imbalances are you exeriencing in your life or health right now?
- What are the energetics of those imbalances, and what do you believe may be a contributing factor in your lifestyle that is causing them.
