In this episode, I share a few of my feelings about the year 2020 and some changes that have occurred in my life as a result. I sit with you in the realization that this past year has been really hard for all of us. As difficult as it’s been, I'm reminding myself that there are so many things in our lives that we can control. In whatever way you are looking forward to 2021 whether it be goal setting, intention setting or taking it day by day, I am with you and cheering you on always as we move forward toward healing.
