I'm BAAAAAAACK!

Hello Hello...... again. 😊
The last episode that was released was on April 27th 2021! 🙃
Why so long between drinks?
Well in April last year I made a decision, a huge decision. I followed my heart and decided to leave my marriage of 5 years. The ripple effect of this decision had an big impact on those I care about so out of respect and to honour the situation, I stepped away from my podcast.
But I missed it, I missed you, I missed having a voice, sharing my learnings, knowledge and stories that I hope in some small way help you in your own life. So I thought it was about time to step back up to the microphone.
In this episode I talk about what I have learned about myself and life over the last year. To be honest, for the first time in my life I am happily single, living by the beach (my Lexy dog loves that) with my teenage son, building an amazing coaching business and planning for a future full of adventure and fun.
So I'm back, it's imperfect & messy, there's even a couple of audio glitches. (sorry bout that.) It's a work in progress. I don't have any music, an intro or outro yet, but they'll come when they come and I'm ok with that. I will be recruiting some professional help over the next couple of months so expect better quality and all the bells and whistles that go along with that.
Imperfect action is the way I roll in life. 😉
