Discipline enables you to control your reactive emotions.
Discipline enables you to watch what you say and keep a positive mindset.
Discipline builds a healthy body.
Discipline builds affluence and wealth.
Discipline builds a happy relationship.
Discipline builds an incredible career.

Discipline is the root of all good qualities and the driver of daily execution of the tactic that gets you toward your goal. Discipline enables you to overcome resistance, laziness, excuses, and the story's you tell yourself.
