In this episode, I teach you one question you can ask yourself after an overeat or binge to help figure out why you did it.
Once you understand why, and what your body actually needed instead of food, you'll be able to use that information to prevent overeats and binge eats in the future.

What do you do when you binge eat? I say when as opposed to if because when you struggle with binge eating, at some point you will binge again. No one is a perfect eater.
However, what you do after your binge determines how you will respond to your urges to binge eat in the future.
In this episode, I teach you about a tool called a "behavior chain". Behavior chains help you analyze and reflect on your binge so you can reduce the likelihood of it happening again.
