In this episode I am delighted to interview my amazing friend Chloe who very bravely and openly talks about hitting rock bottom and the journey to bounce back up, her battle with self-harm and traumatic life experiences remarkably similar to my own that we each dealt with very differently.
I cannot express how lucky I am to have this incredible woman as a friend and commend her so much for being so honest in this episode.

Welcoming back one of my absolute favourite guests from series 1, the one and only Holly Lang. As we did a toxic relationship last time, it only seemed right to carry on where we left on and do a sex episode. This episode just made me want to do a sex podcast with Holly every week instead, we had so much fun! Although we talk about some darker topics in this episode, there is light at the end of the tunnel and I hope you all enjoy it as much as we did!

In this episode I interview one of my actual human ex-boyfriends (brace yourself) Alex Durdle. In this episode we talk about the 8 month bender we both spent together and how much we enabled each of as addicts. We are also celebrating Alex's 3 month anniversary clean from cocaine and how that has changed his life dramatically. I also get to ask his parter some questions about what it's been like to date someone i recovery. This is a funny, silly episode but with some clear, strong messages at the end. I commend Alex for being so honest and open about his issues surrounding addiction.
