I remember taking program after program, course after course, training after training, just searching for some secret nugget or technique that separated me from the "successful" people. But it ends up it wasn't the method...it was the mindset.
You have everything within you, right now, to be successful.

How do you know if you are experiencing resistance to your manifestations?
Neuroscience tells us that if you experience cognitive dissonance - you could be resisting your dreams.
In this episode, I share how to combat cognitive dissonance when reprogramming your mindset to believe in your manifestations. No cognitive dissonance for you? That's wonderful! Your manifestations must be on their way.
But if you DO realize that you may be experiencing some cognitive dissonance, this episode will coach you through some mindset practices that will help you create new patterns & beliefs that help "dissolve" the dissonance & resistance.
Here's a bonus resistance-busting exercise for you: Pay close attention to your feelings. Whenever you are feeling a negative emotion connected to the thing you want to manifest - that's your alert 🚨 that your belief system needs your attention. Slow down, reflect on your thoughts, and recognize what beliefs may be getting in your way (that are causing these negative emotional sensations within you).
