Rob currently serves as managing member of the firm, consulting private owners, developers and investors on property taxes within their real estate portfolio. Rob formerly served as the Property Appraiser of Hillsborough County from 1997 to 2013 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience pertaining to this topic.

The company owns neighborhood and community shopping centers, primarily grocery anchored product, throughout the country.

He attended undergrad at the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Design in architecture followed by a master’s in architecture from the University of Colorado Denver. Deighton currently resides in Tampa, FL, is very active with ICSC and has worked on countless retail shopping center projects throughout the State of Florida.
