Using social media mindfully
Sometimes I feel like I'm in a rut. Or things start to make me feel negative. Or I know something in my routine isn't working.
I've always been aware of how bad social media is for your mental health and I was always able to keep a healthy distance.
but recently, I realized that I was checking my phone as soon as I woke up and checking Instagram was making me feel negative.
And it wasn't always like that. There was a time when I really enjoyed seeing what my friends were doing.
So I decided to create some boundaries around that and shared it in this episode.
