Of course, intellectually knowing these things is not enough, and can be lost in the endless proverbial sea of what the world keeps on throwing in our faces. So, that’s why in this episode I talk about the 15 self-love ways that you can choose to appreciate your body, God’s way. Self-love is a word that is not usually part of my vocabulary (I actually despise it). But you’ll have to tune in to get where I’m coming from.

Let this new year be the year that you never go back to what DOESN’T WORK. How? Well, before you decide to eat better, get physically active, get rid of food idolatry, or anything new-year-resolution-related, you first need to ask yourself the right questions. In this episode, I share what the questions are so that you can use it to create your personal ‘never go back’ roadmap.
A personal roadmap is actually required if weight loss, exercise, and food freedom are your goals AND it’s for those of you who want to enter 2021 strong! When it comes to planning for a brand new you in the new year it’s NOT enough to cross your fingers and hope for the best outcome. Your results will, at best, only last for a couple of weeks. Trust me. I know the feeling of putting in the work but seeing my results last for only a short amount of time. (Anyone else raising their hand here?!)
Find a quiet and comfy spot and plug in your earbuds. But grab a notebook and pen to write out your personal 2021 roadmap so that you NEVER GO BACK to food idolatry, laziness, breaking your word, stuffing your face with food, and feeling like a failure when it comes to all things fitness and food related.
