Have you ever felt stuck in life? Do you feel like you want so much more, a new relationship, a better job, more meaning in life, but just can’t seem to get there? What’s holding you back? Many of us start overthinking and, when looking at all of the perceived obstacles, we begin doubting ourselves and our desires. And, then we get stuck. In this episode, I talk to Stephanie Cornelisse, who is a self-described “female embodiment mentor”, about how she works with women to identify the root causes of feeling stuck and how she helps them move beyond the overthinking, self-doubt and their inability to move forward. Stephanie describes the connections between our brains, our nervous system and deep-seated emotions and beliefs that were imprinted on us in childhood and how these connections still influence all throughout adulthood if we aren’t aware and don’t actively take steps to rewrite our own “scripts”.
