
The New Year Deserves A New Approach

So, did you throw your business plan out the window around March? Or did you try and revise it, only to just give up and do your best as the year rolled along?
December is typically when time enters a wormhole of some sort, where it just flies, leaving us wondering where the rest of the year went when the first 11 months took 15 years to pass...Something we usually make time for is our business plan for the year ahead. This year needs to be no exception, but probably won't follow the usual review, revise, move on format.
