Holly Matthews is an ex TV actress, award winning vlogger, positive Mindset and self-development mentor and speaker. She is Founder of The Happy Me Project online course, co-author of two books & LIVE workshops and Mum of two girls.
She helps people see their own potential and live a life where they can be free to choose how they feel, even in the face of massive change, trauma and adversity.
