This is one of my favorite meditations! It helps me relax so I can receive the goodness of healing in all areas of my life. My teen and young adult kids love this meditation too. They like that it guides them in a unique way by using visualization. The visualization during the meditation gives the listener a different perspective technique to apply while evaluating their choices and actions. Looking at it from a bird's eye view and into their daily lives - at that level -can help them heal the emotion that is stuck inside, releasing pain.
