Kollin Moore is professional freestyle wrestler and a 4x All-American & 3x Big Ten Champion for Ohio State, he earned a spot as the USA Olympic Alternate for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics at 97 kg weight class. He competes between the 92 and 97 kg weight classes. On this podcast the boys cover Kollin's current curiosity in the sport and how he developed his mindset throughout his career to optimally perform on the world stage. The self talk and preparation it takes to become a master of the dark places the sport and it's training can take you. Kollin provides tremendous insight on developing an identity outside of the sport and how to reframe wins and losses to access results and grow.
