Jesse "Tha Monstar" Williams is an Australian native NFL defensive tackle that paved his own path from Brisbane to the Super Bowl Williams played Juco football for 2 years before becoming the #1 recruit in the nation for the University of Alabama, where he was a starter on the defensive line for the 2011&2012 National Championship teams under Nick Saban. The Seahawks chose him in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Williams became the first Australian to win a Super Bowl ring as a member of Seattle's 2013 team. He was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of his 3rd NFL season, he returned in a very short window but the repercussions of the kidney removal eventually led to his retirement. He now resides back in Brisbane where he is training and coaching the next generation of Australian Grid Iron Football players, along with making the rounds as a speaker sharing his story.

On the podcast, Jesse tells his incredible story, elaborating deeply on the mindset that made his unlikely dream a vivid reality. His mindset, commitment, sacrifices, and passion for the game are absolutely savage and a must listen for all those entertaining a football career. The boys break down what it took to make his dream happen, the armor he built to execute it, and all the lessons on the way. He beautifully articulates his emotional roller coaster with his cancer diagnosis and is a must listen in the world of facing adversity head on. Kollin Moore is professional freestyle wrestler and a 4x All-American & 3x Big Ten Champion for Ohio State, he earned a spot as the USA Olympic Alternate for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics at 97 kg weight class. He competes between the 92 and 97 kg weight classes. Lewis Caralla is in his 16th year in the Division 1 Football Strength & Conditioning industry, and the author of the newly released, Fire Lighters 365: Daily Motivational Messages for Coaches, Athletes, and Leaders. He is currently serving as the University of Charlotte 49ers Director of Strength and Conditioning. (2023) Caralla has served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Georgia Tech Football (2019-2022), prior to that he was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Buffalo (2018), where he was named Football Scoop's 2018 Coach of the year,

His other her career stops also include director strength and conditioning at Louisiana-Lafayette (2016-17) and North Texas (2015) and serving as an assistant at Michigan 2012-2014), Mississippi State (2011) and Georgia Tech (2010-11). His career began with an internship at South Florida in 2007. He was an intern at Virginia in 2008 and became a graduate assistant at Mississippi State in 2009-10.
Originally from Tarpon Springs, Fla., Caralla graduated with a bachelor's degree in wellness and corporate fitness from Defiance (Ohio) in 2008. Coach Dustin Myers is the strength coach for the Ohio Regional Training Center at The Ohio State University training Olympic hopefuls in freestyle wrestling. With the Ohio RTC since 2012, he served as Ohio State Wrestling’s primary strength coach from 2014-18, helping the Buckeyes win three Big Ten titles, their first-ever team NCAA championship, and two runner-up finishes.
