Episode 131: Balancing our Well-being with Supplements
I used to not believe in or like supplements. However, that has changed in the last few years. Recently, I started to explore how my body needs more support on a cellular level. Today, I got to talk to my friend and Co-founder/ Co-CEO of Needed, Ryan Woodbury. In this podcast episode, we talk about the benefits of supplements and how they help the various functions of our bodies work together holistically. Ryan highlights the importance of Omega 3+ support in managing inflammation and the benefits of taking prenatal vitamins. Ryan also gives us a peek into her postpartum experience as a new mom and how she practices staying centered.
At the end of this interview, I also share how I integrate vitamins into a ritual process as a practice in health and self-love. I get excited to take them and support my body. Is your body craving more holistic supplemental support? Join me on my Needed Women's Health Plan journey. Curious to try other types of support? Use code: Center for 20%.
