Catch Ups In My Kitchen - E.154 Why We Should All Be Mouth Taping and The Story Behind Healthy Habits

E.154 Why We Should All Be Mouth Taping and The Story Behind Healthy Habits

05/20/25 • 17 min

Catch Ups In My Kitchen

This week we have a solo episode where I share my journey behind launching my new brand Healthy Habits and why the brand means so much to me. Healthy Habits is more than just a wellness brand — it's a lifestyle movement rooted in simplicity, intention, and impact. I wanted to bring you the tools, techniques, and daily rituals that make feeling good feel easy and that has started with mouth tape.

In this episode, I take you back to where it all began — when I was 11 years old, writing a food blog also called Healthy Habits. What started as a childhood passion has now come full circle, evolving into a brand that brings together the tools, techniques, and rituals I genuinely love and use daily. My hope is that they help you build your own Healthy Habits, effortlessly.

I then discuss the power of mouth tape and how it has completely changed my sleep, as well as answering some common and most frequently asked questions about mouth taping.
