Catch my Killer
This week's episode is about a man who was murdered in Canada. On Sept. 29, 2017, Derek Winnig’s body was found at 118 Avenue and 96 Street in North Edmonton. Derek was recovered from underneath a north Edmonton garage. Before his body was discovered, his family had reported him missing four months earlier. The police have not revealed how Derek was killed.
Lynn Macgregor, who is Derek’s mother is seeking answers about what happened to her son. She is still hoping that someone will do the right thing and reveal what happened to her son.
Macgregor said she knew something was wrong when her son didn’t contact her on Mother’s Day. In September 2017, Lynn Mcgregor received a call from the police. The news was grim. Police had located Derek’s remains.
Lynn said it was a shock. The family had to wait 3 agonizing weeks for autopsy results to confirm Derek’s identity. A forensic examination was carried out at the garage of the home in the Alberta Avenue neighbourhood, which police said was known to them.Anyone with information about Winnig’s death is urged to call the Edmonton Police Service at 780-423-4567.
Anonymous information can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Can you help Lynn Mcgregor and her family get answers? What happened to Derek back in 2017. Who killed him? Episode 6: Who killed Terry "Bubba" Rewis on a lonely dark road in 2002?

Terry Brooks Rewis was found dead along Highway 56 in Emanuel County, Georgia. It was ruled he was the victim of a hit and run. Terry, aka as "Bubba," had spent the evening at a festival with a group of friends, but, for unknown reasons, he left and made the six-mile trek home alone.
Unfortunately, he never made it home.
Today, the Emanuel County Sheriff's Office and the Georgia State Patrol have made no progress in finding Terry’s killer.
Over the years, Jeannie has heard various rumors over the years. One rumor is that Terry was hit by someone he knew. It’s also believed he may have involved in a fight in the back of a truck and then thrown from the truck. Another rumor is that he was hit by a police car. Rewis’s family just wants someone to step forward and reveal the truth about how Terry died over 15 years ago.
If you have any information about this case, please be sure to contact the Emanuel County Sheriff's Office at (478) 237-7526. If you are listening to this and know something, please contact the authorities and help get justice for Terry Rewis.

Episode 8: The deaths of Jason Bolton & Luke Griffin

In this week's episode, I spoke to Tomi Bolton Schmid, who has experienced the deaths of her brother Jason Bolton and her son Luke Griffin. In 1991, while walking home from a party, it's been reported that Jason was accidentally struck by a vehicle and died from his injuries. Jason's family believes he was murdered. Twenty five years after Jason's questionable death, Tomi's son Luke was found dead on his property. It's been ruled he committed suicide. Tomi, however, is on the fence about her son's death being ruled a suicide. She believes there could be something more sinister about Luke's death. Before he died, he had received threats. Do you know what happened to Jason or Luke? If you have any tips, please contact the following law enforcement agencies:
Re: Jason Bolton (Fayette County Indiana Sheriff's department at (765) 825-1110.
